Child policy

Children of all ages are welcome (no cot on premises).

Deposit Policy

  • 50% of the total amount required to secure a booking
  • Remaining 50% required 60 days before arrival date

Cancellation Policy

  •  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
  • If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  •  If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  • If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Payment

Imani Self Catering accepts EFT - Electronic payments or cash payments only. Therefore, a deposit via bank wire is required to secure your reservation. Imani Self Catering will contact you with instructions after booking. 

Please note: Imani Self Catering has a refundable breakages deposit of R1000.00 for stays of 10 days or more
